We put our grandmother in based off referrals and reviews and so far it has been a nightmare. This place could careless about their patients. They hit the nurse light and it dings for over an hour. Every time we are here I find myself showering or cleaning her myself after having accidents. We tell the nurses and aids and they don't do anything to help until its convenient for them. The point of having a rehabilitation facility/nursing home is to ensure our families are taken care of and as of right now they aren't. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all.

My mom was in here a couple of years ago and it was the best, but this time is a complete embarrassing, humiliating, mess. Have waited over 30 to 45 minutes for help for her to go potty, get back in bed, etc. Nothing but hateful attitudes, and no help. 2 people on the whole floor going crazy and getting short tempered with these old people due to lack of help. I'm getting my mom out of here, I can do better myself.

My Mom went to Briarcliff for a couple of weeks after she was released from the hospital. I have nothing but good things to say about the way my Mom was cared for. All of the staff are so caring and kind. Even though of course my Mom wanted to go home she was very happy while she was there. Daisy's family would like to personally thank Gayle for taking such good care of her and don't ever lose that great sense of humor!
