The staff was very loving and attentive. Genie, my wife, was in Country Trails for two weeks and made great improvement in her health. She especially liked the therapy team. She enjoyed the food and looked forward to her next meal.

Only gave 1 star because that's as low as it would let me go. I wouldnt let these people take care of my dog. My grandfather in MY OPINION has been neglected and now facing death due to this neglect. If your considering this 'nursing center'; do your homework.
