My husband was seriously ill when we moved into Waterviews Assisted Living facility last December. In the 6 months that we have been here I have been quite impressed with everything about this facility and cant imagine that it could be done any better.

The 3rd assited living facility Mom has lived in and by far the best. You won't find a better executive director. All of the residents I spoke with ate extremely happy there . Very clean and extremely nice and attentive staff.

My parent live at the Cove and I think they are well taken care of. The facility is wonderful and the food is fine (they say sometimes its really good and some time is just okay).

To call this assisted living is a stretch. They were constantly short staffed and were barely able to provide basic care. When we complained, we were told that The Cove was similar to all other assisted living facilities. We knew this was not true due to our previous experience. After 8 months, we moved our mother to another facility which is providing much better care for less money. For someone that only needs minimal care, The Cove might work. But for anything else, we would not recommend them.
