I just called to get information for my father and the first time they hung up on me because they couldnt answer my question. I called back and the young lady that answered had a whole attitude for no reason like I was bothering her. Then the coordinator called me back and couldnt even say good morning. Just called me back like what the hell do you want. I dont do well with attitudes and this is no way to treat a prospect. Because of this, I wouldnt dare have anyone I know stay here! I can only imagine how theyre treating their residents.

Quail Park of Granbury is a very nice facility and the staff is friendly. The food they serve the residents is PATHETIC!! I cannot overstate how bad the food is! After multiple pleas with the facility director and corporate, we gave up hoping for the promised improvements that were supposed to be implemented. I have since moved my mom to another place.

If you're thinking about working here.. don't management sucks. In a meeting they told all of their employees that they're all replaceable. I quit because I was being disrespected and had worked there for two years. As for the company itself they are constantly raising rent on their residents. The food is also terrible! Which is sad because if these residents are having to pay that much then they should have way better food.

Great Room rental can be a good deal if you have an event for 50-70 people.
