The Director (Joanne) at the Courtyards at Lake Granbury turned her back on my brother that was in their memory care unit. Rather than trying to help him, had him involuntarily committed to Wellbridge Hospital without notice to his family. Subsequently he passed away three months later. He was a healthy 63 year old man with no prior problems at the facility, but the chaos that ensued after they kicked him out was too much for him to handle. He simply needed consistency and stability, and thats what the facility offered him for the three years he was there until they turned their back on him. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!

we have lived here over 2 and 1/2 years. We are very satisfied and the new director joe flores is very good and doing a tremendous job. staff cares about the residents ands gives us excellent care.

Had a rocky experience in the past with the previous director Joanne decided not to place my mom there because of how everything was handled but I decided to try again I had a awesome experience this time the new director Joe is fabulous best decision corporate ever made if your looking for the future and had a terrible experience I highly recommend you give it another go.
