We placed my Father in Law in there 2 months ago because he broke his femur. He was there for physical therapy. We were not happy having him go to one for therapy after a very bad insulting experience at a less than 'legendary' home west of Gladewater for my Mother in Law. But this facility is amazing. Each room has a TV, dining and relaxation area that are top notch and staff treat each guest to their own personal needs. My Father in Law was able to do therapy in less than a month from wheelchair, to walker to walking out the door. And now 2 months later, 10th stroke later, we have put our Mother in law who never wanted to see the likes of a place like this to do therapy for surgery. I will write a review on her stay later but so far its been the same experience.
