The Reserve at Georgetown

After a few places we were losing hope to find the right place for my dad... We are so thankful that The Reserve at Georgetown is his new home. Their staff is kind and understanding of his situation. Their management communication is great and consistent. Thank you Thank you for loving our father and taking care of him!

In all my places of employment, this is by far the best facility I have ever worked at. Absolutely 100% DISREGARD anything negative about this location because they have no idea what they are talking about with their wrong, unfounded claims. I have been employed here for nearly 3 months and it has been nothing but pleasureable! All of the employees work SO incredibly hard for the safety and care of these delicate residents. I have never seen a place more intricately clean and well established in my life. All of the office staff and managers treat the residents, as well as their employees with the MOST respect and most love, and I have never seen anything of the opposite. Everyone is incredibly understanding with one another. We all try our hardest to provide a loving place of residence for the elderly that join and for the families that bring them in. Autumn Leaves also provides the best health and insurance benefits that I have been able to apply for being a young employee. I absolutely adore all of my coworkers, fellow caregivers and bosses with every fiber of my being, and I SO look forward into making this a wonderful, long-term career for myself. I have never been more happy to be employed here and Ill always wish that my great grandmother was in a facility as heartwarming as this place!

They have employees there that like to start arguments with coworkers and walk out afterwards. They have employees there that dont even have a high school diploma or ged. Most workers show up late or sit in their cars in the parking lot when they are supposed to be clocked in. I wouldnt put my family member in This facility and neither should you.

I would watch working or even putting your family in here. Manager is really rude and they talk to you like your a no body. You already have a thousand things to do when manager gets on their Walkie Talkie instead of Getting up of their lazy butt to do it. They have no clue what goes on with the floor, but treats you like they do. Speak to you and tell you everything bad your doing, but when management is brought up they dont want to even discuss it. They have Bed Bugs horrible.. so bad they are in the hallway. But tells you its not a bed bug... LIES I know what they look like & failed to tell other families.. They have not sprayed the rooms around the room that has them. This is the second case of them.. They havent even got to washing the residents clothes which is in the Laundry room. Using the same Washer and Dryer with other residents clothes. Talk about spreading them huh! I would be very careful. And, definitely pay attention to your Loved ones a lot closer here! They will delete and try and hide this....!!
