The good: very nice community with endless options of activities to participate in, and from what I can tell, a well run community organization. The bad: The houses are built quickly with minimal attention to detail, and the materials used are cheap in every sense of the word. Their home warranty is something they can pick and choose to honor as it suits the warranty rep, and the warranty rep we have dealt with does not respond to email or phone requests -- have to go to the guy above him just to get any action at all.
