Rocky Hollow Lake House

Worked here 2 years ago. Owner is extremely unprofessional and lies to the family just to make himself look good. He has made the working environment for myself and others uncomfortable. His father and his father friend would come to the facility and would spend the weekend there. His father and friend has walked out countless of times in boxers while others were working at night or while residents were awake. The father and friend are owners as well. Ive reached out to the owner for my w-2 as well as the manager and I still have not received it. Its been a year now. The last attempt I received about my w-2 the owner was once again unprofessional and rude. The only good thing about the job was the residents.In response to your comment Buddy, this is example 1 of how unprofessional you are. If I was a disgruntled employee, why did the families all love me. Why didnt you fire me? I left by choice because of the treatment I was receiving as a employee in your facility.

My mother has been at this facility for almost two months, and I couldn't be happier. She is very frail and weak, and the staff is happy to accommodate her and her needs! Either I or my sister have been with her every day to keep her company, so I've observed the internal functions of this facility and have gotten to know Faez, Donna and many of the staff. I feel very well informed and give this facility two-thumbs up! The location is beautiful, the rooms are roomy and clean, the food is great, the staff is extremely caring. I truly feel they treat my mom the way they would want others to treat their parent(s).

This place is not a good place at all they only care about the money instead of the residents the meals they give the residents is very poor employees get cheated out of pay works hours and staff are allowed to do things that they aren't lisensed for it is a very unclean unsanitary place to work management and owner are nice to the family members while they are there but their loved ones get neglected

I applied to work here, but they offered me $9.00 I have No words!!! They wrote in the comment below that I never applied but you called me.
