My mom has been a resident since 2016. The care she receives is excellent and the staff is great! The building is always neat and clean, and we love that its small, which means there is better personalized attention.

My in-laws have been there since 2012 and we love this place. The staff takes great care to make sure the residents and their family members stay happy.

My parents have been in Park Place Assisted Living for the past five years and other residents have been there even longer. Due to illness my mom is now in the nursing home next door, but Park Place Retirement Home makes it easy for my dad to go back and forth to visit and have meals with her. I dont live in Georgetown, but rather than move my dad closer to me, I prefer that he stays at Park Place since the residents and staff are like family to my him and they are very happy there. My parents love the staff and the staff love my parents and they always make sure they are happy and taken care of. There isnt a lot of turnover at this facility with the staff, and some of them have been there even longer than my parents. It isnt like the larger assisted living facilities where we feel as though your loved ones will feel lost in the shuffle and not get the attention they need. The staff really cares about their residents, and they get to know each and every one of them as if they are their own family. Candy, the activities director, does an awesome job at always coming up with fun, creative activities and goes out of her way to make sure everyones interests are considered and always encourages residents to participate. The facility is always decorated for each and every holiday throughout the year with special activities and some that include the families. This is a great place for anyone to consider for their loved ones.

I think state needs to be called on this place.
