We have been very pleased with Avalon Memory Care. The staff is caring and responsive to my family's needs and the facility is always clean and inviting. Both of my parents have lived at Avalon for several years. We have had many challenges and difficulties especially with my Dad. Through each transition, the staff was helpful and supportive. No matter how difficult my Dad was, they always found a solution. We could not have asked for more.

My mom has been here for over 5 years and my family and I agree that the care here is great. Its not possible to have her at home but the employees are like family now. Blessings to them all for what they do daily!

My mother had Alzheimers for 12 years, she spent her last 9 months at Avalon. Picking a facility was one of the hardest things I have ever done, but we just couldn't take care of her at home any longer. Talking to Matt about placing her in Avalon was the deciding factor. He assured me she would have eyes on her 24/7. When mom's Sundowners would hit, Judy the director, would make space in her office and play moms favorite songs. Every single one of the staff took care of my mom the way I would have. They made sure she was comfortable and clean and had the attention she needed. Even taking shifts walking with her. She could not have spent her last days in a better place and I thank each and every person there for taking care of my mom - the most important person in my life.Susan Baker
