I live in the area and a couple of weeks ago they lost a package that was supposed to be delivered to me a about a month ago. THEY PUT IT IN THE WRONG MAIL BOX! When I asked the woman to let me know if someone returns it she jokingly said 'well maybe you can contact the seller and have them send you another one' IT WAS THEIR FAULT MY PACKAGE GOT LOST, NOT THE SELLERS!! The person who received it I'm guessing did not ever return it because I never got a call that they did. And just today I was going to mail a package off and I get off of work at 4:30 so I got off early so that I could go ship it off. I got there around 4:26 and I asked the woman (different woman) if I could ship it off and she told me to 'Come back another time because it would take you too long to get it ready' SHE WOULDN'T EVEN HELP ME!! IT WAS ALREADY BOXED UP, IT JUST NEEDED A LABLE! I just looked at her and she said 'maybe come back in the morning' I told her that I can not because I have to work. And she said 'Well maybe tomorrow afternoon then because we are fixing to close' I told her 'You know what, I will just come back some other day then' and grabbed my package and walked out. And I WILL be calling the manager tomorrow morning!
