This is a very nice clean community, with friendly warm staff. If any of my family needed Memory Care, Id certainly choose Saddle Brook in Frisco.

Four years ago, I moved my mother from Florida to Saddle Brook so that I could visit her each day. I had toured several other Centers and chose Saddle Brook for several reasons: it was very new, was 12 minutes from my house, was small and had a great, safe layout. Another stand-out was their 24 hour nursing staff. There are so many devoted, dedicated, hard working care givers, nurses, cooks, housekeeping, maintenance, receptionists and activities personnel as well as the directors who keep things going in the right direction.I have known the Care Givers Lauren and Ciatta the longest and I can't say enough how much I appreciate their attentiveness to Mom. They know her so well and I feel as though we have been on 'Mom's team' together for quite awhile. They now work on the overnight shift, but can be seen working other shifts to help out.Saddle Brook has so many hard working teams. I am only there in the afternoons, so I am not familiar with everyone. I love the nurses Cynthia, Valentine and Rita; the care givers Jackie, Jean, Locardia, Hope, LaQuisha, Cynita, Rahab and Rachel; the cooks Anthony, Shekitta and Michelle; the housekeepers Lisa and Michael; as well as the receptionists Kimilee and Amari. John is the director of Maintenance and he keeps the building immaculate and keeps all the systems up to date and maintained. He's amazing!Allison, the activities director, just left to move back by her family in California. She was kind, loving and respectful to all the residents. They were invited and encouraged to participate in several varieties of activities. Jessica and Tina will continue to lovingly lead this wonderful program.Michael, head of Resident Services has helped me many times with Mom. He is very engaged with the residents and knows them well.Vicki, the Executive Director, has arranged some wonderful family events for us all: a delicious Thanksgiving dinner; a resident art exhibit; a cooking presentation by Anthony; and a special night presenting a video of pictures of our loved ones as they grew up are just a few. I am grateful that Mom is in a place where she is safe and well cared for. Many of the resident's loved ones have also become like family to me. We all are going through similar things and are very supportive of each other.Saddle Brook is not perfect, but it is perfect for Mom!

No growth. Terrible workforce environment.

My dad has been at Saddlebrook for almost a year now and when he first arrived there, he was very difficult to handle especially in the afternoon-evening when Sundowners set in!!!! The staff worked with us and the physician in charge and now my dad has adjusted beautifully and loves Saddlebrook and thinks of it as 'home'. He enjoys the activities which the staff has altered so that my dad feels challenged and not bored. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Saddlebrook has been to my dad and while no place is perfect, it is a very home-like environment and the residents are loved and nurtured!

Was great when I moved my dad in 18 months ago. They had some management changed in July 2017 and made promises that would improve. So far we have not been impressed, are planning on moving my dad.
