There is only 1 teller inside helping people bless her heart. While the man in the drive thru has no one yet he is on facebook instead of helping her with the line. I took pictures to show the manager and Laura the manager condoned it. I was so amazed I wonder if they get paid to be on Facebook then I need this job

I havent had a problem here! Staff and management are very nice and helpful! Because of it I always come to this one. The Brazoria and Lake Jackson branches are ok, but this branch has helped me when I most need it! Thank you!

I called in to file a fraud report, after a minutes of someone answering the phone,all they told me was they wore gonna send me to another person to talk too, so they placed me on hold and they ended up hanging up on me. Bad service.

This is the best branch! Friendly courteous employees and never a long wait. I'm usually in and out in the time of one country song! Parking is limited, but I've never seen the lot full.

Absolute worse customer service I have EVER experienced. I have no idea how they stay in business. I have had an account with a credit union that merged with them for over 30 years but I will be closing my accounts and encouraging others to do so as well as soon as they locate money missing from my account!
