Horrible place and horrible service. Left my grandpa in very poor condition and we had to go up to the place to get them to do ANYTHING. Do not reccomend.

Nastiest place ever! Would you want your loved one here! These are actual pics of room I found my father in after he was transferred without permission from Skilled Nursing wing. He was transferred because he got out of the building. We later learned the alarm on his wheelchair didnt work. The room my father had been put in was not only absolutely filthy but not ADA compliant & hes wheelchair bound. I live 4 hours away & drove in to this nightmare. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR LOVED ONES TO BE ADMITTED TO THIS FACILITY.
