This is supposed to be a 55+ senior community, or so we thought! It turns out that although you have to be 55+ to qualify, if you still have teens at home they can live here too. My mom has lived in 3 other senior communities and this was the only one that allowed kids to live there too. Now mind you she has nothing against kids except that they take over the pool (her most favorite thing to do!!) and the seniors get no time to enjoy it. There are no umbrellas around the pool area and no chaise lounges. The apartments are very nice and the rent is perfect for my mom but it looks like well be hunting for another complex as are many others. Like others have said, there are no activities for the seniors, however, that may come in time considering they are brand new. Well see. Oh, and what really upset me was that the office staff had tried calling my mom many times regarding an issue, left messages but with no response from my mom. Turns out they were calling the wrong number but youd think someone would have done a well check when she never replied, but nope. My mom is 80 yo.....anything could have happened.

Don't bother to drive or even call them if you want a place to live. The waiting list is from 1-5 years for an apartment!! This apartment project is supposed to be for seniors in Fort Worth, TX. It was finished in 2018, but the City of Fort Worth thinks the project is still under construction. Google Maps shows the side of a metal pole barn when looking up the street address.

A Six Month ReviewI'm disappointed. I was just looking for an empty nest. Professionally speaking, I stumbled on this spot picking up a brochure at Campus Drive there was a misprint. If you're looking for a place retired and able body yes. It's not a nursing home home. It's beautiful tho. I'm interested what I see 'Between Neighbors'.

Beautiful apartments and great staff. The new manager, Karen has really turned this around. So caring and always takes out the time to listen and put the residents first. So glad I found a quiet yet independent senior living that does not make me feel like I am in a nursing home. This community is so beautiful and the prices are so affordable compared to where I was before. I have met some great people here. Only downside is there is no dog park.
