Both my parents (at different times) have been residents at Autumn Leaves of Cityview. The staff here are genuinely caring, attentive, and professional. They have earned my trust and gratitude. My mom always called it 'Awesome Leaves' and I agree. Like all memory care assisted living facilities, they have the daily challenges of incontinent residents, agitated behaviors, and a myriad forms of confusion. But these professionals are the best I've seen at medical assessment, gentle behavioral redirection, and extraordinary patience. A wise friend told me once as guidance in dealing with parents living with dementia to 'always love who they are right now.' This place is the embodiment of that wisdom.
