The beginning was not much of a hassle, the application was very easy and was assigned a house a few weeks after. No problems even with maintenance. The clearing out I was a little scared just because theyd charge 350 if I was to choose not to clean myself. So I was pretty scared even for looking at advise on fb from people who lived their previously would tell me they would charge so and so money but a good clean I came out with no charges. No problems I do recommend as long as you know how to keep up with it
