My veteran auntie took a fall while at the facility. They called and advised they found her lying on the ground and were taking her to the emergency room and we would need to meet her there. They said Ennis memorial hospital. I requested the VA as that is my aunts wish. They said no as it was an emergency she would have to be taken to Ennis memorial. I asked that if that changes please call. When I arrive at Ennis Memorial no auntie! I Call the center, they hang up! I call back and they advise they took her to the Va. I live an hour away from Ennis. Nobody called to tell me the change in hospitals. I am angry and ask for a supervisor. After putting me on hold I am told she is out of the building and could they have my number so she can call me back later in the evening. I tell them to look it up in the chart as Im done with their ineptitude. Now for my hour drive to the VA. Still no call from Ennis Care center with an update on her condition? Really! Its now been two hours. So uncaring and unprofessional.

Great facility to live in. Feels very welcoming and has a homelike feel to it. Every time that I have been to this facility it is always very clean. The staff there are always very attentive and nice to their residents. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great Healthcare center.

I have had the best experience with Ennis Care Center. My mother needed rehab from her hip surgery. The staff are so caring, they were very attentive and gave the best care I've experienced. She was very hesitant and can be hard to motivate, but the therapy staff could get her to do things I never could. It only took two weeks to get her back to where she was before her fall. I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs therapy.

I have stayed at Ennis Care Center twice and loved it both times. I was staying short term, but if I needed to, I would stay permanently. I made so many friends while staying there. The staff are friendly and vibe is positive. I would recommend this place to anyone, you will be glad you picked them.
