Dont recommend you take your love ones here during the Covid pandemic. You will be unable to see your love one and they wont take care of them like they should. If you love your family member dont bring them here, I just buried my father.

My parents are very happy at White Acres, El Paso. The staff and care is first rate. I can't believe the improvement in only a couple of weeks. Everyone has bent over backwards to make my parents happy.

My Mother (97) has been there 6 yrs with much improved clean updated facility and care since new director Debra came aboard last year & easy to reach. They go the extra mile I feel & I know shes safe.

Mean ladies, waiting over 30 minutes with the need assistance light on, she comes in to ask me to turn it off instead of actually asking what my Grandma needed.

I never believed they stories I heard about the care provided to our loved ones. 6 months later I am shocked and appalled at the lack of attention they pay to their patients. I am currently in the process of transferring my 90-year old father, with Alzheimers, out of this place. As his power of attorney, they refuse to return my calls, they forget to get my father to his doctors appointments, then say they rescheduled without letting me or the doctors offices know! I have left over 30 phone messages, have attempted to Speak or meet with the Adminstrator, director of nursing, or social worker. No one returns calls. Their billing is not up to date. For 3 months I had a $3,400.00 credit, then suddenly, I owed them $3,800.00. I was unable to reach anyone by phone or in person about this either. Finally, I was contacted for a care plan meeting by phone and everyone was saying they left messages! Im always available for my father. The social worker Rocio went as far as saying she never called back regarding my issues because that is not her job description to help patient and family workers solve problems, then hung up on me! Please do not subject you loved ones to this facility that is only interested in collecting money, not caring, nor respecting their patients.
