I called wanting to deliver items for our seniors to do while we are in a pandemic because they are just as affected as everyone! The Lady was completely rude, called 3 times she hung up each time. It wasnt until I called again just for someone else to answer and kindly give me information the First Lady couldnt. These are the same ladies taking care of your grandparents or parents sadly. I hope this gets fixed.
