Melissa is very unprofessional and puts her personal issues before her work. She is a liar and says she wont include a pet fee and later uses it against you at her convenience. As long as they still have the same manager Melissa, i would not recommend this apartment.

These are some nice apartments. Have only had one issue and maintenance was there so fast to resolve the issue, despite being after hours. Our neighbors keep to themselves but will say hi when they run into you. The pool is really nice as well as the club house. Elizabeth and Melissa are extraordinary ladies and properly run this place. Safe to live here as there is a high number of law enforcement who reside here too. Tenants respect your vehicles by not damaging them when they park next to you. Over all, very pleased and highly recommend this complex.

The residence was an amazing place to stay and call home, i was there for 2 years and it was a perfect place to live at. The management is always there for whatever you need and are very quck to fix any issues. I would recommend these apartments if anyone looking for a nice comfotable place to live in.

this is a wonderful apartment the manager Melissa is very accommodating and awesome even the maintenance manager also does his job very well. I would recommend to get the 2nd or 3rd floor though there are wildlife crawling here and there during spring and summer we even saw a dead scorpion inside the bathroom the first day we moved in but never seen another in a year its maybe because of their pest control who always knocks every 3 months. I would also suggest asking for a discount this time of the year coz theres an on going roadwork and traffic is terrible during rush hours and therefore not a strategic place to move in. but if you dont mind traffic then this place is next to perfect.
