This is the rudest staff of people Ive ever come across. I would never trust them with my family members. Ever.Edit: I'm not sure how to respond to the owner without making an edit. I came by to make a delivery and was verbally assaulted by one of the nurses: dark hair, maybe 5'2' ish, tan skin. Another nurse witnessed this towards the end of our interaction but I don't remember what she looked like. It is extremely worrisome that I was treated this way and it makes me hesitant about trusting any of my elderly family to a facility like this. Every interaction is a business opportunity and you lost mine and my family's today (approximately 10:30 to 10:45 AM, 7/23/19). I've never felt so shaken and uncomfortable and I hope the nurses in your facility learn to treat 'strangers' (or what I like to call potential/future clients) better.

My mom has lived at Serenity Gardens for over 5 years. They have taken amazing care of her as she has transitioned through the phases of Alzheimer's. The owner, Melia, has been great-- maintains close communication with us anytime there is a change. The staff members are loving and patient. Serenity Gardens has been a blessing for our mom and our family!
