Great place to rent for any occassion for an event. Hours vary depending on the day of event and hours needed for rental, you pay a deposit which you'll receive back approximately within 90 days after event, and as long as you cleaned the place the way it was before your event. Private parking lot for vehicles to park, outdoor included for grilling if needed, and a small sectiong for seating outdoors with a tent covering, full kitchen equipt, chairs and tables. Prices can be located online Galveston county community rentals.
