I am disgusted and very disappointed by the lack of communication, professionalism and care provided by this nursing home!!!! It is extremely difficult to contact/reach any of the administrators by phone. When you call their phone lines make a horrible noise that sounds like a fax machine or bad connection! Ive tried contacting a case worker on behalf of my elderly family member on three different supposedly direct lines and when I dial any of the numbers I was unable to leave a VM!!!!! I am trying desperately to remove my loved one from this facility due to the Corona pandemic! Its also not deep cleaned as needed as the place reeks with the smell of urine!!!!! Please save yourself time, frustration, and worries by not placing your loved ones in their care!!!!!!

I was very disappointed with care by M iui roger received at the facility. Employee turn over is terrible.The loving care for the resident is below standard. I was very surprised the condition at the campus. The smell was unacceptable. Poor quality of housekeeping, food was offered to service to anybody. The professional care is below standard that large campus. I could go on and on.

I'm rather upset with some of the reviews I've read. I have worked at Williamsburg for 5 yrs.now & yes we have some problems ( all facilities do) but I love my job & these residents. We have some very good caring hard working employees, don't bad mouth the whole facility because you had a bad experience. We are working hard every day to make Williamsburg a better place with people who love what they do so they can & will take GREAT care of your love ones. Help us don't hinder us.
