Simpson place is a very clean facility i have nothing but praise for the interior however the director Mr.rodgedrick.wallace did me dirty I lived in room # 202 got sick was admitted to baylor hospital lapsed into a coma for 6 weeks when I woke up my family went to Simpson place to claim my property only to be told by mia Mr .wallace clerk that my property had been thrown out well the only problem I had with that story was the items I had I had 6 suits 6 ties and hankies 6 dress shirts 8 casual shirts 2 pea coats 2 pair of crocodile boots 1 pair of Stacy adams dress shoes 2 belts 1 32 inch TV in box a George foreman grill socks a iron underwear bucket of peppermints extension cord bottle of farenheit cologne cam goods dentures a bible a non working cell phone but the sim card was all I needed and bathroom towels Mia his clerk confided to me he took the t.v. suits and George foreman grill home Mia's mom works several employees there are related Mr Wallace offered to give me $300 if I agreed to write a statement that I would except that offer to squash everything LOL from June 2019 until November 2019o have phone call logs to show I called Mr Wallace 102 times never t reach him I have his cell phone number my dead dad left me those crocodile boots I even have texts pleading I want my things or to be compensated fairly I'm blind in my left eye please forgive any misspelled words also I have proof Mr Wallace has been accused of this behavior at least on 4 occasions. Once again the facility is very very clean thank you.B

Wonderful staff, they genuinely go beyond the call of duty to ensure the needs of the residents.Jazmine is always helpful and courteous. The director of nursing is attentive and professional. They truly create an environment of trust for their residents.

The activities here are really improving with the help of Candace, OBryan, and Jazmin. They keep my grandma entertained and full of life.

I have a client at Simpson Place and he hasnt had any problems. His apartment comfortably fits all his things. Every time I visit him the staff is always friendly especially Jasmine who helped him move in. I recommend this place to my clients.
