Very good place to live. Great people.....

I moved in almost 2 months ago now and the thing I am most impressed with is Heaven Young. She is such a caring Manager and I have always felt welcome in her office. Initially, Theresa was the one who signed me up and she was very friendly and helped me get organized so I could move in. I came from Colorado Springs and had no idea what was available in Burleson or what people are like but, it has all worked out well. The apts are spacious, great closets and quiet for the most part. Location is close to Burleson Towne Center with a lot of shops and restaurants, plus Albertsons and that is important for me since I don't have a car here. My doctor is around the corner and there is a Methodist Church down the street. Residents are very nice and respect your privacy. I do think the maintenance man should have some extra help as he takes care of this large complex and another not far from here so, when you need something taken care of, it won't happen immediately. All in all, a nice place to live.

Since the management change the property has gone down hill while heaven is sweet and will alway listen she is only in office 1 to 2 dats a week the place is dirty the carpets terrible the ground have lost 70 to 80 percent of the plants have 4 dead trees over 2 years its like the management does not care about its people anymore they have moved all their resources to a new comunity they built they take our manager most every day... no one to reportvissues to except an overworked maintanece man. The new lawn people are very good if managementvwould let him he would fix isues with the grounds. Thevpeoplecare great but more and more are moving many went to new meriposa which has nicer grounds and full time staff. The have a dog park we have be promised

The office is supposed to be open from 9 to 5 Monday through Friday through which deliveries can be made since this is a locked facility not gated but buildings are locked. Most of the time there is no manager on this site and the doors are locked . The entry system has never been completed so if youre having a delivery and the doors are locked (and especially if you are handicap) you must walk down to the lobby door and unlock it to get your delivery and half the time the delivery people will not wait. I find this appalling!'
