My mom was one of the first residents here at Elan. We have been extremely happy with the wonderful care that mom has received. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and loving. Mom loves her new home and is very comfortable here. We feel so blessed to have her in a place where she is safe, well-cared for, and loved. She participates in a variety of activities daily that are designed specifically with memory care patients in mind. I highly recommend Elan and have only praiseworthy things to say concerning the care she receives here.

Beautiful place but the staff and caregivers are very rude, hostile and unprofessional! I have witnessed and seen the caregivers from Cottage that work at Elan ignore residents when they request the smallest of things to be done for them. I have heard profanity being yelled out loudly towards eachother as if it was a normal way to speak at a place of employment. The caregivers yelled at me and the Resident I work for simply because he grabbed himself something to drink. I made several reports to the manager and others above the caregivers and my complaints were ignored. These are the type of workers that care for your family people. Shame on them. DO BETTER!!!
