They changed the rules every month. Smoking on your patio to no smoking, well let's take away the thing you like to do all at once and see how it goes. Rent went up $ 57 dollars a month just like that. I have a place to go what about others that don't? They are taking away all perks away in a blink of an eye. Please don't even think about renting here. They lost the best maintenance man they ever had so that should tell you something about this place. all they care about is the money.

My mom lives here,the elevator been out for a week, alot of people can't climb up and down these stairs. It's ridiculous that it's taking so long to get fixed. Leaving notes in the doors telling the residents that it's still not fixed does not help them. Get it fixed already. I'm sure its violating a safety law.
