All around top staff with overall 5 star rating with the state of Texas. A great place to work. Palo Duro has a nurse aide training program and has assisted hundreds of people to get certified to become CNAs.

This place didn't care about anyone but themselves. Griped about everything the patients wanted. I know. Once was a patient.

Thank you PDNH staff and caregivers for the excellent and loving care of my mother. The wonderful nursing staff took very good care of her for several years and my mother loved her nurses and C.N.A.s. She often said how much she appreciated all that they did for her. Mom always said, If you cant live at home this is the next best place to be. She enjoyed participating in church services, activities, and the fellowship with all the other residents. She encouraged others and they encouraged her. We were blessed to have her where we felt she had a home away from home and we had a peace of mind that she was well taken care of.So thank you all and may God bless you for all that you do!Sincerely,Becky Jackson

If Id known then what I know now Id of just brought my 41 year old son home with me. I would of at least tried. They didnt do anything for my son but watch him starve to death and die. Personally Ill never forgive myself for trusting anything they said the did. As I know full well they did nothing for my son. One star is the lowest I can give but Id give zero if that was an option. I left feeling lied to and totally betrayed that I actually believed they cared. That Ill have to carry for life.

Just an all around good place to be. The staff are friendly and professional and are there to explain any questions you may have with regards to your loved one. They are constantly involved with their residents to provide the best care possible and have a great report with the state. I wouldn't send my loved one anywhere else. The staff at Palo Duro Nursing Home are top notch!
