Isle at Cedar Ridge

So..I worked at the isle for almost 3 years and I was involved with taking care of the ones that needed the most help on the 3rd floor also called extended care.. I myself developed close residents relationships with several of the residents and family members included. Also durning this time we have gone through 9 Directors of nursing and 4 excessive directors. In the last 6 months a few of us long terms team members have left over the lack of communication, management support and feeling under valued by the current management team. Several of the long term caregivers including myself and others that have left or planning to leave can all say its due to the poor management and inconsistent care. Also, several residents have left because the lack of care they receive or because of the inadequate staffing. Many residents have gone weeks with the lack of getting showers, getting up on time for meals or just the lack of help in general. I only hope this place gets help for sake of the residents that still live there that management team gets there mess together and lead and value there good employees. Even hope to prioritize the needs of the residents! They care more about the bottom line than these residents.!

This is the kind of place i wish my grandmother had stayed in. The staff seems so warm and welcoming, and the residents are hysterical!

A welcoming place offering good food and good company...a proper community where one can relax and enjoy! My mom has only been here a short while, but I'm optimistic and believe complaints would be resolved relatively quickly.
