This is a VERY run down facility! The building is in very bad shape, the transport van looks like it belongs in a junk yard. The flooring in the facility is very old wood and scuffed, paint missing everywhere, beds are rusted and old, walls are falling apart. The staff is NOT attentive and the patients are ignored for long periods of time. They have 1 nurse running around trying to tend to everyone at the same time. No cable in the building (rabbit ears) no private showers in rooms, this place honestly should not have people occupying this building. Medicare needs to know what this place is really like!

I worked here for 10 months and it's probably one of the best places I ever worked for. I loved most of all the staff but there are a lot of things that could be changed. The place could definitely use more disciplinary action. I miss the residents very much, they are a lot of why I stayed as long as I did. Thank you trinity mission I sure do miss each of yall....
