Mom moved in this year to a one bedroom, and her place is gorgeous. They offer loads of fun activities, and the management staff is fabulous and very responsive! Grounds are well kept, and any maintenance issues are quickly resolved. Friendly neighbors. Absolutely love Creekside Villas - best Senior community in all of central Texas!

Lazy staff, doesn't even expect my packages delivered to the leasing office.

I was thrown out because certain tenants did not like my support animal, in violation of the ADA. The management did nothing to get the truth, but encouraged and condoned the bullying and lying that forced me out. The apartment manager went as far as to lie in JP court knowing I could do nothing about it. Other incidents while I was there: I was verbally threatened by a male tenant. When I reported it to management, I was told to ignore it. He's still there, even though I called Buda PD. A tenant died in her apartment and was not found until 3 days later. Another elderly woman fell in the clubhouse bathroom when the lights went out (they were on a timer). She had to crawl out in the dark. Another tenant fell in the exercise room and broke both arms. Management's attitude is that these are elderly people and these things happen. Bullying is a pass time with management's blessing. Rents are questionable. I was warned when I moved in that building 1 was where the troublemakers live. True. Live there at your own risk.
