Lampstand Nursing and Rehabilitation

ive Met the staff at Lampstand and they are wonderful and caring people. My sister is staying there for the long term and so glad I found this place.

My sister got fired because she tested positive for covid 19 and there is also another worker positive. They families of these residents need to notified.

Lampstand has a great therapy department and nursing staff. Currently under new ownership and changes are being made for the improvement of the facility. I enjoy working at Lampstand Health & Rehabilitation.

I was in Lampstand from October 1st 2019 until January 14th 2020 for physical therapy and that was the most Horrible there months I have ever spent anywhere in my life. From the beginning I never received the care that my insurance was paying for. Yes like any business there was a few good employees but overall the majority were Lazy and only there for the paycheck. The business department was consistently uncaring for the patient.They consistently were always were late in sending I the clinical report to my insurance company causing me to have to file an appeal (7)of which i won all 7 appeals. Now for the food service it was pitiful. I never got a hot meal the entire time I was there. Now for the therapy dept They consistently lied about I never left my room to go to the gym for therapy. The three months I was there .When I confronted them about anything they threatened to kick me out . If you have a loved one that needs therapy Please run from lampstand. I wasted three months of insurance coverage at lampstand..I consistently needed help with my Hygiene and evero
