Until recently we were very satisfied with the care here at the Isle at Watercrest. Walked into my mom's room her soiled bed was not changed and made. I don't know if it's because of being understaffed or just laziness. I also noticed employees feeding residents needing assitance and taking phone calls on their cell phones. Which is so not acceptable.They need to have their attention on the residents. This will be brought to the attention of the Director and changes need to be made.

Fantastic care, because they are committed to the people in their care. This is the best senior care in the world. I loved how wonderful they were to my Mom.

Dealt with frequent staff shortages. The place is beautiful though.
