Not real good for us! I do not like giving reviews that are subjective. But, I am not in a happy place because they did not do what they said they would do, its that simple! The task was easy and what they said they would/could do. I would have given them 1 star but one bad apple, does that spoil the whole group? My challenge to them/ staff is to make sure before you send someone out that they understand a person is depending on them to do what is asked. This is a life, you guys have to do a better job.
