Honestly it's an environment where co workers and residents can be open and honest with each other.Small family like environment.I love when I get to visit and work at the facility.Always feel right at home!

The quality of care given here at care choice is exceptional. Everyone here is compassionate and caring from the hard working and dedicated nursing staff, to the administrator Karen. When my father was there each staff member gave him the type of care i myself would give him. The care they gave him up until they very end was dignified and exceptional. Placing a loved one in a long term care facility is not an easy decision, placing my dad here lifted that weight off my shoulder.

care choice does a pretty good job hiring caring staff for care. they tend to work hard to always fill needs and wants. therapy also works to teach ways to compensate for challenges that are faced every day. i would grade them at a high b grade overall. they realize there is always room for improvement and work for that every day. plus therapy treats residents as freinds which helps results.

Overall a wonderful experience placing my father here was not sure at first but the nurse aides and nurses really do all they can

Nothing ever gets done here, you have to ask multiple times even for simple things like showers. The staff do not care, your loved one is just an obligation. Unless you are there on a daily basis, you have no idea about the lack of care there is. My loved one is supposed to be getting therapy and she is not, Im sure they are billing for it though. Even the administrator lies, was told how well she was doing by her, when in fact, she had been in bed all day long. Wearing the same exact clothes for over 48 hours. Please do yourself a favor and do not place your loved one here, your heart will break.
