This is not true memory care, just an expensive nursing home. They have no trained personnel to handle seniors with dementia or Alzheimer. Told me, 'we don't take people with 'behaviors'. Doesn't dementia and 'behaviors go hand in hand? Needs to be renamed.

My mother moved to Luvida shortly after it opened 4 years ago. It is clean, light, and pleasant. Far better than other places where she's lived in the Temple/Belton area.

Luvida is a great facility! Every time I have visited, the workers are all so compassionate, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memory care facility for a loved one.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this facility in Belton is. The administration and staff care deeply about the needs of each resident, and go above and beyond to make their home away from home a special place. The Luvida Care facility is hands down one of the best, and we are so thankful to have found it!
