My aunt had surgery on her knee and she needed therapy so she went to Bandera Nursing & Rehab, she said the staff and the care there was great, the following year she had to do the other knee and she chose to go back to Bandera Rehab. Thank you Bandera Rehab for taking great care of my aunt. Love you guys

I just noticed bad reviews get a canned answer. I did contact your compliance department never got a response. Your corporate office took 16 months to refund her money. I finally had to call repeatedly for a month to the corporate office. Never had calls returned. I finally called and threaten to contact the state again. All the sudden I get a message the check is in the mail. Sorry, bad business practice, maybe the facility is better, I do know if your loved one can't speak up for themselves, you better go visit every day for good care.
