I recently worked there as a housekeeper and I love love loved my job...but after we switched managers it felt like mine just didn't like me at all no matter how hard I worked to keep the residents apartments cleaned...on a normal day inforgot to scrub a part of a residents base boards and was in trouble and then I slipped up and closed myself in a closet (while I'm embarrassed to admit) I was taken out of the apartment by my manager and the walked to the other side of the building to clock out and then walked half way to my car and was then told I needed to be investigated (even though I didn't hurt or steal anything for the resident) and I was just checking to see if the closet needed to be vacuumed (alot of residents throw a fit it you don't) and I sure as hell did not deserve the treatment I received from manager and I don't want to work somewhere where there is always gonna be a vendeta against meAnd ontop of that before I left there families called state bon memory care (according to a employee this is what I was told) the residents are peeing their beds and they are getting Changed theres a woman that the keeeo locked in her room during the morning so she only eats twice a day and she scratches at her door so much she bleeds and residents are going days without sheets on there beds and even one is having his shorts stolen and put on other residents beds I would NEVER EVER WORK THERE AGAIN

Our grandmother just recently moved into the assisted living side. We couldn't be any happier! We love the staff, the nurses, everyone has been so helpful.

My husband very recently transferred from another facility in Fort Worth. All aspects of the move were handled in a very safe and timely manner. We are very pleased and know my husband will be happy here.

I'LL HAPPILY POST 5 STARS when and if it's all good for Mom AND all her senior friends. It's been a mess the 4 months my Mom's been there. Her own issues remain the food, her provided land phone being out, and the elevators breaking often. But it's become a stressful, unhappy place for her---day after day she sympathetically hears the other residents many many problems. It's a super tense, sometimes even hostile atmosphere between management and residents who complain. Problems are construction, functional elements, and management. Yes, we have talked openly with mgmt AND corporate uncountable times, for months. There've been 3 managers in 4 months and we start over. The first management team left en masse soon after opening, telling residents 'we love you residents, but we're not paid enough to handle this mess.' One lower employee said, 'Don't complain, they'll make your life miserable and really not fix your problems.' Spot on. A corporate lawyer just sent me a cease and desist letter to stop complaining to mgmt. And for posting 'inaccurate reviews.' The residents wish it was inaccurate. For this high end price they should all be living in peace, total ease--everything cheerfully taken care of for them, as was advertised. After only 4 months of being there, an executive and their attorney's thoughtful solution was: if you don't like it, move. Move a senior after 4 months? She doesn't want to move--she wants what was advertised. It cost my mom a fortune to pay movers and the $1500 community fee. The whole family took off work a week to move her in. This place is expensive. The food went downhill right after mom signed the lease. They lost their real chef right after opening. They promised to get another real chef, but 3 months later, no.There's still no cold water in half an apartment after months of complaining, so the washer can only boil clothes. Lightning struck 3 times in two weeks and their phones, Mom's phone machine, other people's computers, TV, and other things were blown out. Mgmt told me 'we don't need lighting mitigation, and the manual told you not to use things in storms.' Unplug everything you have including your phone?Note the 5 star reviews are mostly from employees there, at least one a fake one posted before it opened. The corporate reply below is a generic post they always put. The social activities and the gorgeous dining room atmosphere did have Mom making new friends instantly, and her room is beautiful.

This place is horrible!!!!! These people treat their employees like trash on top of firing them right and left and theyre neglecting most of the residents there. I have witnessed everything first hand. If i had the power i would have this place shut down. This place is a DISGRACE!!!
