I can't complain

My dad lived at the Clairmont for two-and-a-half years. If you're there for 13 months or more, their 'buy-down' on the rent is worth it. But either way, the Clairmont is beyond worth it. We looked at a number of places and chose the Clairmont. It was a wonderful place for that entire time, and they were no BS in their pitch. They lived up to everything they said they were selling, and actually were far beyond just a business (which is not how I felt about a lot of the other places, tbh.) Most important to my dad was the food. He really liked it and I know they put a lot of their energy and money into making sure that people get what they want. Next most important was the staff, all of whom were really great. They truly cared about the people who lived there. That's not easy to find, so I highly recommend them.
