I decided to volunteer and perform guitar and voice at this community. STAFF was exceptional, kind and supportive. Residents were in good care, in a clean environment. Bless you people for the work you do.

Staff takes the time to really meet and learn all the 'quirkiness' or challenges presented by their residents. Brookdale staff has lots of patience and has been able to take care/meet my mother's needs. Let's be honest, if you are reading this review, you are overwhelmed with someone's required care and you are trying to find a place that can do a better job than you do. Well, Brookdale Parmer Lane is the place for you. I'll be happy to answer any questions you might have about Brookdale.

I have been a part of the Brookdale staff for over 5 years. And I must say that we have the strongest staff now than in the past. Our residents are very pleasant and it's a privilege to work in their home.

I have worked at Brookdale Parmer Lane as the Resident Programs Coordinator for 15 years. I love what I do and I love more for who I do it with. Our residents and staff are by far some of the best I have worked with. Our residents and staff enjoy interacting with each other during programs. Most of our staff has been here 7 years or longer and continue to give the same constant care every day to our residents. I love being a part of the Brookdale Parmer Lane family.
