Breathtaking

Where to begin...numerous break-ins with wall-mounted tvs stolen as well as interior furniture from multiple floors stolen...not to mention the recurring homeless man that has been found inside. The lack of safety and security is a HUGE issue: most recently, the 'locked' bicycle room was thieved two times within three weeks and over $10,000 in bicycles were stolen. (Inside job...?) Yet, no security upgrades have been made since. Now that COVID has occurred, all residendents are kept as prisoners and all common areas, including outdoor pool and garden areas deemed off-limits. Since all residents move here for the amenities (and my mum just received a rent increase of $70/month)...what the heck are they paying for with ZERO community gatherings, exercise, etc. Oh, and by the way, both the 'heated salt water pool' and hot tub are always broken down...sometimes for weeks or months. This place is a crazy scam.

Security is presently an issue!!!

What a great place to live!! Great atmosphere in the building, very clean and well decorated. Management and staff are always very helpful and friendly, lots of fun events offered in the building. Love living here!!
