It will be 4 years this December that I was at PATE. I was and am still amazed at what care is given to all there. The resources at the survivors finger tips and that of family is a gift. The feedback, the pushing to help get better and encouragement is appreciated.

I started yesterday 02-24-2020, for a position that I'm over qualified for. My first overall impression is not a good one. I was asked to sign a job description for a position that I'm not doing, to be told that they dont have job description for what I will be doing. The orientation is watch videos and read there manual. I'm coming in with a HR background, and already see so many things that are wrong. A company that is looking to hire bodies, and offer horrible pay.
