This company is incredibly unprofessional. They allowed an individual into a home after she was asked not to come for personal reasons. The manager was informed of the situation and did nothing to stop it. She made no effort whatsoever to change the assignment. When contacted, she was rude and condescending. The caregiver is well aware of how inappropriate it was to show up. This person has been blocked from all contact for serious reasons. Imagine coming home and finding them in your house with your family member. This was in no way okay. It was a huge violation of privacy, and it was handled very poorly.

This place was the worst working experience I've ever had. I am a full time student (which they knew before hiring me) and so there were a lot of times that I would have to call in for work (plus I had a lot of family problems) but each time I would call in the managers would be so rude to me. They don't treat they're employee's with any kind of respect and are so rude any time you have to call in. If you want to work for home health of any kind, Kindred at Home is a lot better.

There wonderful, but I'm posting to let y'all know that the office is open for walk in Monday thru Friday 8-5. If you call though there is always someone to answer.
