I had to choose at least one star to be able to write this review. My grandmother lives here and they are suppose to bathe them every other day. They have not been bathing my grandmother and now she has skin break down and yeast infection. This is neglect. Basic needs should not be missed. It is not asking to much to bathe these people. This is unacceptable. I went one evening and her sheets were stained with dried urine with a bed pad placed on top of stains. Her bed smelled of urine. I got my grandmother up and changed the bed myself. There is a lack of documentation done as well. This is all very concerning!!!!!!!

My sister was at BrightPointe for 30 days. She was a hospice patient and I am truly sorry she had to spend some of her precious last days in this horrible facility. I personally witnessed disgusting bedside manner from CNA aids, who knows what they do when family is not around. Laying in a wet bed, waiting and waiting, the beepers at the mostly empty nurses station beeps. Employees who play on their telephones, some walk the halls with a look of misery on their faces, they avoid eye contact. I got my sister out of there, in my home now, her room , she is so happy now. She was told, 'we are not here to wait on you hand and foot'. I told my sister I am, my wife and I your caregivers now. Its hard work. Think about it if you can for your loved ones. A nice looking building, a house of horrors awaits inside. A place that making a profit for its owners, not the loving care of its residents is what I suspect. Thank God for the Angels of Hendricks Hospice who work with us for 'Home Hospice'.

They turned away my 78 year old grandmother saying they were not staffed to take on a full care patient. So, what are you staffed for exactly? This was our top choice due to my mom being a nurse and loving the facility and staff, but after today I cant say Im one bit impressed. Please dont list that you offer long-term care if you: 1) have no desire to help the elderly and the families that need the extra assistance and 2) dont even have the medical staff to follow through with said offer. My grandmother went from being completely self sufficient to needing YOUR HELP in less than a year. All you care about is your numbers at the end of the day, not aiding people who need it. Hope this helps.**Edit/update**Just so everyone is aware, I dont think the staff as a whole is incapable of care. Its their current administrator that is the problem. He argued with my mother about documentation that hospice has done for my grandmother, a company my mother previously worked for, even though he was somehow fully aware of all of her health issues down to the last fine detail. They have many total/full care patients at the facility, but apparently are lacking in staff to take care of them. I urge you to check on your loved ones frequently if theyre one of them.

My mother is 96 and has been here for about a week. She and I are very impressed with the staff and services. They even have pretty good food.
