My grandma is here. They wont change her clothes or bedding. We complain over and over and get the run around, they claim they need 'orders' to do this basic care. Rediculous! She was in the same clothes day and night for atleast 3 days...maybe 5.You will hafta stay on them for basic care needs. If they cant provide even the simplest of basic care needs, what else will not get done?This is neglect!Oh did i mention she is self pay. We pay over $200/day for this!Currently looking for a new nursing home. Dont take your loved ones here.
