Our journey to find a dependable, trustworthy caregiver was not an easy one. We went through two agencies and five caregivers before we finally called Visiting Angels. When Visiting Angels showed up, it was like a breath of Fresh Air. Everyone was helpful and listened to our concerns and needs. Our caregiver has currently been with us for three years and we honestly cannot imagine our lives without her. As our journey continues it's wonderful to know we have help we can trust and depend on until the end. Thank you Visiting Angels, for the peace of mind, loving care, and comfort you have provided and continue to provide for our loved one and our family.

We have used the local Visiting Angels for months (and in another state last year) and have had the best experience. They come weekly and recently they covered for one week for 24 hours a day. They make a difference to both the patient and the care giver! He feels safe with them, and I feel comfortable with them in our home and when I cannot be there myself. From bathing, to cooking, to laundry, to just chatting . . . they make it all better.

Visiting Angels has been a Godsend! Amira is outstanding, and the staff is phenomenal and patient. This whole experience and process was new to me and I had no clue where to begin. My dad was reluctant and very stubborn. Amira helped me through the process, and now a little over a year in, my dad has a full appreciation for all that they do.

We have been a client of Visiting Angels (Linbar Office, Nashville ) for over a year and the service has been excellent. Our caregivers are caring and consistent. The agency worked with us to find caregivers that are a good match, not only for our needs but our personal comfort. We now consider them friends. Communications have been good as our schedules change. I recommend Visiting Angels. It is understandable that many of us are uncomfortable about bringing teams of caregivers into our homes. We felt hesitant to begin, and worried about making the right choices. In no time our concerns melted away. It has been so helpful for both my husbands care and my relief.

I hired Visiting Angels to help take care of my grandmother. I was a little apprehensive in the beginning, but that changed upon my first meeting with Amira, who was able to thoroughly answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease. Our caregiver takes care of my grandmother as if she is her own family, so I find comfort knowing that she is in good hands. Anytime I have questions, Amira is just a phone call away. I highly recommend Visiting Angels, our entire experience has been great. The office staff and our caregiver have shown me that they truly care about the families they help.
