Unfortunately I cannot recommend Right at Home for providing home care due to their lack of communication and reliability. On three separate occasions they failed to show up and not even a courtesy call was made by the company to let us know to make other plans (even after speaking directly with the owner). They fail to realize just how important this care is not only for our loved one but those who rely on their services. We needed services; not excuses. Bottom line, if you are looking for a reliable company to trust with care of your loved one, then please keep searching.
