I work for an agency that servers BT a lot & I have been a medical assistant for over 21 years now I continue my safety training & education bimonthly.This is one of the best long term care with memory care unit I have worked at.And to the comments the lady below has made about BT using agency she needs to get a life!!

I give only 1 star because there was no option for 0. No one seems to have clear answers about my mother's medication administration. She has a lengthy list of pills for heart, blood, fluid retention. Inhalers for COPD. Everyone involved in her care never has answers to questions as to why she isn't receiving her meds. They say she has. Mom is of very sound mind and went there for physical therapy after knee surgery. I want to pull her out before they kill her!

Personal care help is very slow. Who are these people? I am amazed only work on the weekends. Only on the weekends , you don't have to wear IDs or uniforms . So you don't know who you are dealing with. .

My cousin was in this place and had to go back to the hospital and they wanted to know how his kidneys got damaged. He never really regained conscienceness and later died. I think they sedated him too much and almost killed him at this place. I wouldn't put my worst enemy in this place.
